From intake to handoff
Engagement path
A clear path for agile delivery coaching — so software service teams know what happens before we touch a ceremony.
Coaching works when both sides know the sequence. This path is how Sprint Cadence & Delivery Coaching typically runs; assessments and intensives use a shorter subset of the same stages.
Intake conversation
We learn your client mix, squad shape, and which ceremony hurts most. You leave with a scope sketch and a yes/no on fit — we decline work that needs organisational redesign we cannot influence.
Access & observation
Board history, working agreements, and two live sprints under observation. No secret stakeholder interviews without telling the team.
Readout & redesign
A frank findings session, then co-design of planning, daily, and review changes with the people who will run them.
Live coaching cycles
Several sprints with a coach in the room (or on the call), plus programming consulting office hours for backlog and estimation questions.
Handoff
Documented working agreements, open risks, and an optional follow-up block. Success means the team can run the next sprint without us narrating every step.
What you prepare
Calendar protection for ceremonies, a sponsor with authority to adjust WIP expectations with account managers, and honesty about client constraints you cannot change.
