Pricing follows how coaching is delivered — engagement quotes, fixed assessments, and facilitation packages — not a subscription ladder.
Rates below are starting guides in Thai baht (THB). Final quotes depend on squad size, travel, and evening coverage for distributed teams. There is no checkout on this site; enquiries go through Contact.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of people in the coached squad and whether a second squad needs light coverage
- On-site days in Pattaya or Bangkok versus fully remote facilitation
- Programming consulting office hours outside standard Thai business hours
- Whether leadership wants a written mid-engagement findings note (included in the flagship offer)
Deposits
Engagements above ฿100,000 typically require a 30% deposit to reserve calendar weeks. Assessments and intensives are invoiced 50% on booking confirmation and 50% on delivery of the final session or brief.
What we do not sell
Monthly SaaS-style access, seat licences, or “unlimited coaching” retainers without a defined cadence. If you need ongoing support, we structure named half-day blocks with clear agendas.
