Services described

Pages on this site describe professional agile delivery coaching and programming consulting services. Descriptions are informational. A separate written agreement or confirmed quote defines the binding scope, fees, and schedule for any engagement.

Intellectual property

Website copy, visual design, and downloadable materials produced by Service Stonebase remain our property unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Working agreements and artefacts created with your team during an engagement may be used by your organisation for internal delivery purposes.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate intake information, timely access to boards and ceremonies, and obtaining any internal approvals required for coaching to proceed. Delays caused by withheld access may shift timelines without reducing fees already due for reserved weeks.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Service Stonebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from coaching outcomes that depend on factors outside our control (including client decisions, third-party vendors, or staffing changes). Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission. Enquiry forms must contain truthful contact details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes
